AMAZON
Ecuador – South America
Its genetic diversity makes the Ecuadorian Amazon one of the richest and most complex biological communities in the world. Hundreds of different species of birds, reptiles and insects live in the forest among an outstanding number of unique plants and trees. The rivers and charming lakes that run through the forest where the human presence is practically nonexistent make it a perfect place for an incredible excursion.
This is the habitat of millenary tribes such as the Secoya, Cofan, Huarani and Achuar, many of whom still have the same customs, dress, houses, food, natural medicine and celebrations they did in primitive times. In order to show as much of the biodiversity of the forest as possible, we have designed itineraries and tours to satisfy both the curiosity of novices and the wisdom of explorers and experts.
Discover the very essence of being in contact with the virgin forest by spending the night in camps, tents and ecological cabins made of materials from the region as one way of preserving the environment.
